Billy Conway is a lifetime student of fishing and even sometimes a little catching. He studies fish, their habits, patterns, likes and dislikes. He loves the sport and is a conservationist making it his goal to give back more than he takes from Mother Nature.
Rick Smith grew up in the Leon River Valley long before there was a Lake Belton. He hunted and fished the river bottom, the creeks and streams learning from his grandfather, Fred Smith, and his dad, Frank Smith, how to live off the land. Later when Lake Belton was impounded, he discovered black bass fishing. He started working on outboard motors as a teenager and was fortunate enough to become a boat dealer in 1969. He has dedicated his life to helping others discover the joys of boating.
If it's boats and boating, fish and fishing then Billy and Rick are the ones to ask.
